Template rejected

The Templates page shows the reason Meta gave. The most common reasons:

• A variable at the start or end of the message, or two variables next to each other. Add words around them.
• Missing or unrealistic example values. Fill every example with something real, such as Mona or #1042.
• Wrong category. Promotional wording, like offers or "buy now", in a Utility template. Move it to Marketing or remove the wording.
• A full link inside a variable. Put links in a button with the variable only at the end of the URL.
• Content against WhatsApp's Commerce Policy, such as prohibited products.

1. Open the template, fix the points above, and check that Meta will probably reject this template no longer shows.
2. Click Submit changes. If Meta keeps rejecting it, create a new template with a different name.
