Order notifications
Send order confirmations, cash-on-delivery confirmations, shipping and delivery updates.
Each notification is its own flow: a trigger and a Send WhatsApp template step that uses a utility template.

Set one up
- Create and submit the template, for example
order_confirmation. See Create a template. - Open Flows → Create flow and choose the trigger.
- In Send WhatsApp template, pick the template and fill each variable: the customer's first name, the order number, the cart items and the order status link.
- Switch to Live and Save.
Shipping updates need a tracking number in Shopify. If you fulfil orders without one, leave tracking out of the template or add a Condition that the tracking number exists.
See how they're doing
Analytics shows sent, delivered, read and failed messages for each flow, and the orders placed after a message. Activity lists every event and message, and the reason for any failure.
