Delete your account

Stop all messages and have your data deleted.

  1. Open Connections and disconnect WhatsApp. Messages stop straight away.
  2. In your Shopify admin, open Settings → Apps and uninstall easymessage. Shopify then asks us to delete your store's data.
  3. Email us from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. Settings → Account shows which address that is.

We confirm by email and delete your templates, flows, customers, messages and inbox files within 30 days. See Data deletion for details.
