Team access
Who can sign in to your easymessage account, and how our support team gets access.
Each easymessage account has one sign-in today. To share access with a colleague, share the sign-in safely, for example in a password manager. You can also contact us and we'll help.
Letting our support team look
Our support team sees only counts and masked phone numbers by default. If you need help with a specific message:
- Open Settings → Support access.
- Click Allow Site Hustle support access for 24 hours.
- Access turns off by itself after 24 hours. Click Turn off now to end it sooner.
