Plans and billing

How plans, the message limit and Meta's WhatsApp fees work.

Every plan has every feature. Plans differ in how many WhatsApp messages easymessage sends for you each month. See the current prices.

Your plan and usage

Billing (in the menu) shows your plan, when it renews or when your trial ends, and a bar with the messages used this month. At 80%, the bar turns amber and you get a notice. Your replies in the Inbox and messages customers send you don't count.

Choosing or changing your plan

  1. Open Billing and pick Monthly or Yearly (yearly is two months free).
  2. Click Choose on a plan and pay on the payment page. You come back to Billing with your new plan active.
  • Upgrades start straight away. The unused part of your current plan comes off the price, so the button shows what you pay today.
  • Smaller plans and moving from yearly to monthly start at your next renewal. Billing shows "Switches to …" until then; click Keep to stay on your current plan.

If the plan buttons say online payment isn't switched on yet, contact us with the plan you want and we'll switch it.

Payments and receipts

Every payment is listed under Payments on Billing, including declined ones with the reason. Click Receipt next to a paid one and print it from your browser to save a PDF.

If a payment fails

When a renewal can't be charged, you get a notice and Billing shows Pay now. Pay within 7 days so your automatic messages keep sending.

Cancelling

Open Billing → Cancel plan. Your plan stops renewing and keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. You can click Keep my plan any time before that date.

Meta's fees

Meta charges WhatsApp conversation fees directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account. easymessage doesn't add to them. Utility messages (order updates) cost much less than marketing messages, and replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. Add your card in WhatsApp Manager → Account tools → Payment methods.
