If you reach your limit
The app warns you when you've used 80% of the month's messages, and the usage bar in Settings shows where you are. At 100%, automatic messages can pause until the 1st of next month — you're never charged extra without agreeing to it. Move to a bigger plan and sending carries on; messages that were paused aren't sent late.
About Meta's WhatsApp fees
Meta charges per conversation, depending on your customer's country and the kind of message. Order updates are “utility” messages and cost a fraction of marketing messages; replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. You add a payment method in Meta Business, and Meta bills you directly — easymessage never marks them up. How Meta's fees work

Every WhatsApp message easymessage sends for you — an order confirmation, a shipping update, a cart reminder or a campaign message — counts as one. Your replies from the inbox and messages customers send you don't count.
What happens if I go over my limit?
You see a warning in the app at 80% of your monthly messages. If you reach the limit, automatic messages can pause until the 1st of next month — you're never charged extra without agreeing to it. Move to a bigger plan and sending carries on.
Are Meta's WhatsApp fees included?
No. Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account, at Meta's published rates for your customers' countries. Order and shipping updates (utility messages) cost much less than marketing messages, and replies inside the 24-hour window are free.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days and 250 messages to try every feature. You pick a plan and add a card when you sign up: the first payment is only held on your card, and taken when the trial ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time on the Billing page in the app. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes — pay yearly and get two months free compared with paying monthly.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
