Terms of service

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using easymessage) and Site Hustle, Mansoura, Egypt (“we”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use easymessage for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

easymessage connects your Shopify store to your WhatsApp Business account and sends WhatsApp messages that you set up — automatic flows, campaigns and inbox replies. You need your own Shopify store and your own WhatsApp Business account with Meta; their terms apply to you as well as ours.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • You must be at least 18 and using easymessage for business, not personal, purposes.

3. Plans, trial and payment

  • New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After it, keep using easymessage on a paid plan from our pricing page.
  • Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and include a number of messages per month. Unused messages don't carry over.
  • If you reach your monthly limit, automatic messages may pause until the next month or until you move to a bigger plan. We never charge you more without your agreement.
  • Meta charges WhatsApp conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account. Those fees are not part of our price, and we are not responsible for them.
  • Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and the law, and in particular not to:

  • message people who haven't given you their number for this purpose, or send marketing to people without their consent;
  • send spam, misleading, illegal, hateful or harmful content, or sell products WhatsApp prohibits;
  • keep messaging someone who has asked you to stop;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of easymessage, or resell it without our agreement.

Meta may restrict or block a WhatsApp number that breaks its rules. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk; where we can, we'll warn you first.

5. Your data

Your store data, templates, flows and your customers' data remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide easymessage, as described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers.

6. Availability

We work to keep easymessage running at all times, but we depend on Shopify, Meta and our hosting providers, and messages may sometimes be delayed or not delivered. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we don't control whether Meta approves your templates or delivers a message.

7. Liability

easymessage is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Cancelling

You can stop using easymessage and cancel your plan at any time; it runs until the end of the period you've paid for. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach. After an account closes we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a meaningful change applies, and continuing to use easymessage after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
